Shipping Policy

We charge you what shipping actually costs — no inflated markup, no padding the number to squeeze a little extra out of your order.

Rates. At checkout you'll see live, discounted rates from USPS and UPS, calculated for your specific cart and address, so a bar of soap ships like a bar of soap and a blender ships like a blender. Need it sooner? A flat-rate FedEx expedited option is available at checkout.

Processing time. We do our best to ship the same day your order comes in, and within 1–2 business days at the latest, Monday through Friday. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. (If your order needs to go somewhere we don't yet reach, email us and we'll see what we can do.)
