Rada Silver Slicer

Made in the USA, this long, straight blade is great for long, even slices - a roast, a ham, a loaf of banana bread. Hand-sharpened and built to last. I use this in my kitchen and the blade is thin compared to expensive knives from Germany or Japan, but it does the job well and I don't hesitate to reach for it over those knives.  It's a very good value for the price.
